THE BEGINNING

We were introduced to this business at a time our company was looking to deliberately expand into other areas of commerce totally unconnected to our primary service industry. At a franchise exhibition we made several contacts and after many, many meetings, lots of research. Hours and weeks of planning we final launched into this area. WHY?

While the Managing Director was working in Tooting, he noticed a lot of lost cats & dogs notices scattered around various trees. So he thought to himself, how would someone two miles away who had found a missing cat or dog, see the advert all the way in Tooting? So with that came the idea for this website which we purchased over a year ago before we knew what to do with it.

However another employee  raised an important point. That is to say if the website was only dedicated to customers who had lost things, then the website would have a very limited audience as only customers who had lost things would find it useful.

So with that came all great  ideas you see on this website. Such as increasing the search facility, the online shopping centre etc... 

YOUR OPINION 

The policy of this company, is similar to that of our associates, in that we believe our customer's comments and opinions are important. Without you we cannot grow or expand. So please do keep your comments coming. We can assure you that they are all looked at, because your opinion is what you think, and what you think is the reason why you will or will not come back to this website. Good or bad, we want to know or we cannot improve in the direction you would like us to go in.

Unfortunately we are forced to do what the majority of our customers want. But even if you have an opinion that only applies to a small group of our customers, which may be difficult to implement, we will at the very least consider it, and if it later becomes practical to use it, then we will gladly do so.

In essence, what we are trying to say is that this is not about us, it is about you. Because we are here because of you.
